ACCOMMODATION

• At what time is your check in and check out?

  Check in time is from 14:00 to 19:00.
  Check out time is 10:00.

• Can I check my baggage before check in time?

  We can keep your baggage before check in time and after check out time.
  Please ask our staff to check bags for you.

• Can I stay alone?

  Yes, of course. We are pleased to welcome you.

• Can we stay with infants?

  Yes.
  We have Japanese style tatami (straw mats) rooms at the main building and the annex. Please request them when you make a reservation.

• Can a wheelchair user stay?

  Yes.
  Unfortunately, our facilities are not made for complete access.
  We will try to help wheelchair users as much as we can.

• What is your smoking policy?

  Our facilities are not smoke free.
  We have separate areas for smokers and non-smokers.

• Are pets allowed to stay at guest rooms?

  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay.

  We have a restaurant TARA at the main building and "AZUL CAFE" nearby.

  We serve breakfast only at "TARA".

• Can I ask to arrange cakes or flowers for our anniversary?

  Please ask us in advance. We will try to support you as much as possible.

• Does my cell phone work?

  Some places are unstable for network on Yoron island, docomo and au may have stronger signals.

• Can I use internet?

  Wi-Fi is available.

• Can I use credit cards?

  We accept major credit cards (JCB, VISA, MASTER, Diners, and AMEX) for payments.

• Do you have washing machines?

  Yes, we have laundromats at the main building and annex.

• Are there any shops or convenience stores nearby?

  There are some shops and convenience stores within 5 minutes by bicycle or car, though it is a little far to walk.

• Can you arrange delivery service?

  It is available for sending and receiving packages.
